batch processing - geopsy-2.1.0

Hi Marc,

I just noticed that something apparently changed in the last
version for the batch processing - I try to run the same (let's better
say a similar) script for batch processing as I did last November using
version 2.0.3 (I think) - now I get:

----WARNING--- Loading signal ...----
Unknown format for ost-00-batch-fk-28012009.log
geopsy: no signal available, check options -file, -db or -group, see -h for help

I think the error message startgin from "geopsy:" is not indicative - what
might have change in the code is some different or stricter
checking of the parameter file? I attach the parameter file below

hmm can't upload the file apparently you secured the upload in the forum
- well let me know if you need the file for analysis

Hi Matthias,

Can you post the complete command line you started? Option '-file' is now obsolete. Replacing this option by direct file specification is quite useful when you have several files to open.

Sorry, I remember I encountered this problem when I removed the option '-file'. This is in the list of things to correct asap. I recently moved to git for version control (abandoning the old cvs) and things are still not working correctly for generating new snapshots. I hope to fix all scripts again asap to be able to fix this problem.

If you have an urgent need, try with release 2.0.5.
