Editing "Time step" header

Greetings of the day!
How can we edit the start time headers by using the edit option and running a code instead of manually changing the start time for every row?
There are codes available in Geopsy documentation for changing the components and changing the sampling frequency and receiver distance. What code can be used for changing the start time?

If you want to set an absolute value to the signal starting time, you can try Set StartTime
