Structure spectrum processing

Hello, i'm new here.
Thank you marc for this forum and for accepting my request.

I am having trouble with processing microtremor data using structure spectrum tool in Geopsy ver. 2.9.1.
I am trying to process miniSEED data on 3rd floor relative to ground floor to obtain building period. However, an error shows up saying "Associating pairs of signals". I hope you can see the image i attached.
How can I solve this guys?

Hi,

All signals included in the processing must have a compatible sampling. I can see that the digitizer is not sot friendly and each signal is starting a a distinct time. As a first approach, you can round the milliseconds in the start time to hundredth of second to match the sampling period. This module is only available for an old geopsy release (currently unsupported). I'm unsure that it is sufficient to do this rounding but it is worth trying.

This module should be re-introduced for the next 3.4.* releases.
