Geopsy: File menu

File menu allows to perform basic operation in Geopsy.
From this menu it is possible to :
- open, close and save geopsy database files (.gpy);
- import signal files of different supported formats;
- import headers;
- export files either as tables or signals in different supported formats;
- Set up the work environment by the preferences item;
- quit geopsy.
