I'm trying to calculate the standard deviation (with seismic analysis code, sac from iris) from spectral ratios and compare with those calculated by Geopsy.
Do you know the formula that Geopsy uses?

Hello. I've the same problem with the compilation. In this case I'm using Debian Linux 64 bits too.
I did the same tests and the outputs in the terminal were the same.
It takes a lot of time to get the 2.6.0 version?
