Prerequisites
Install the following packages with Ubuntu Software Center. Note that under Kubuntu, the package manager is KPackageKit located in KDE menu Computer.
- qt4-qmake
- libqt4-dev
- g++
- gfortran
- libfftw3-dev
- liblapack-dev
- zlib1g-dev
