Rotate Components, reached from the Waveform menu, rotates 3 components signals in the active signal viewer around the chosen axes. By clicking on Rotate Components, a pop-up window appears with checkboxes to select the rotation axes and text boxes to provide rotation angles
All angles are specified in degrees in a counterclockwise direction around the axis (right hand rule). Rotation matrices are multiplied in order Z, N and E, according to the common recording axes of seismological sensors (see figure).
