linear fk window not visible

After several usage of linear fk on a windows machine, I am not more able to see the window of this tool.
The graph plot of my seismic traces works correctly, but the window to select the working paramenters not appears.
I tried to remove the dir .geopsydefault and to re-install the release but the same problem occurs.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Giuseppe,
What sesarray release are you using?

Hi Marc,
the win2.0.0beta release.

You can safely use the latest snapshot. it is rather stable now. In any case, if you encounter crashes or bugs, I can fix them directly. My intend is to move quickly the development release to a stable one and replace the old 2.0.0 beta release from June 2006.
Linearfk tool has been drastically improved last year.

Hi Marc,
Now I am using the last snapshot (20080517).
In the linear active fk toolbox, I see the minimum and maximum distance source-receiver.
How can I change the shot position ?
In old releases, I used the backazimuth wavefront to distinguish between forward and reverse shots (i.e. 0 means forward and 270 reverse).
In the last snapshot can be this achieved with the shot position?

Source from signal properties are now used. They are displayed in the table. If not visible (default setup), you must change the fields displayed in the table (menu View/Set data fields). You can edit source positions by unlocking the table edition (menu Edit) but this is not the fastest method. There are also the "Set headers" and "Set sources" from menu "Edit".

Hi,
I am using the linear fk on active data. In particular I am trying to investigate the effect of normalization on the dispersion curve.
From a theoretical point of view the normalization using sqrt of distance is correct working with surface waves. Although this, it seems me that:
1) the normalization in terms of maximum amplitude and spectral energy produces more evident and clear dispersion curves than normalization with distance
2) the normalization in terms of distance (or sqrt distance) can give maxima in the plane slowness/frequency at larger slowness
What is your feeling about the normalization?

Hi Giuseppe,
I've little experience about the different normalizations. I usually set it to sqrt(distance). I'll test it next time I'll play with active source experiments. Thanks for your feedback.
