SPAC output frequency windows are not the same

I found two strange behaviors in recent version of geopsy.
1. Ring optimization excludes stations located at the lower ring boundary.
Although all station pairs must be included within ring limits the station located on the lower limit of the ring is excluded from the analysis. I would expect <= and >= conditions for ring boundaries, not > and <= only.
2. When getting SPAC curves some rings do not have all frequencies. I have not seen this before. Images and log files are attached. There is no clue anywhere about possible errors....
