Vs average up to bedrock depth

Hello.
I have calculated Vs30 or average Vs up to certain depth using the commands -average-at <DEPTH>. For example: gpprofile -average-at 30 your_ground_model_file
gpdcreport file.report -m 0.1 | gpprofile -average-at 30 > out

However. I have 10,000 Vs profiles after inversion, each having a different bedrock depth. I want to calculate Vs average up to bedrock depth for each of them. How to do that?

How do you define the bedrock? Vs over 800 m/s, deepest layer?
