Re: gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

Sorry, A last little question about inversion. In your answer to my previuos post you say: "Probably that inverting with 3 layers and adding the HV peak frequency constraint will provide good results" How can I add the HV peak frequency constraint? Adding the H/V curve to autocorr curve or.... Thanks

Re: gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

Thanks Marc. The DC curve is the one saved as a multicolumn file with spac2disp together with the * .target used for inversion. The edited DC curve is the same but smoothed. Is it therefore a wrong operation to jointly invert the autocorrelation curve and its corresponding DC? What appears in black ...

Re: SPAC and spac2disp doesn't run with the 3.3.2. release

Hi Marc, Thanks for answer. About the first point I tried to run SPAC using your database Lep_ring01. The tool worked nicely with V data, but crash immediately with 3C data. I attach the screenshots for V and 3C parameters setting (I used exactly your rings dimensions) and, for the last one, the cra...

SPAC and spac2disp doesn't run with the 3.3.2. release

Hi, Today I downloaded the new release (3.3.2) interested in verifying that SPAC & spac2disp worked (since this didn't happen with the previous release). I have verified with different databases that: 1) SPAC allows the setting but then does not start. The program stop, but does not crash and you ha...

Re: gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

Hi Marc, waiting for you to find time to read my reruns, I thought I'd read all your papers (I had already read your thesis) and tried to process the data, for which I had made the first post regarding gphistogram, with the SPAC. I realized that the RTBF could not work due to the large distance betw...

Re: gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

Sorry, I forgot your suggestion to use warangs.
I did it and I send you the image of the dispersion curves, station coordinates and the values of kmin and kmx.
I hope to have rightly understod your suggestion

Re: gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

May be I unsterstod the problem. The five stations have a diamond shape array, but the distance between the stations is perhaps very large (200 m, too much?) for F-K analysis and may be the wave sources are no right on azimuth. In fact I have experimented on a database of years ago acquired for diff...

Re: Bug report cannot be sent

Thanks for answer. I have tried these days with previous versions of Geopsy and also 3.3.0. and snapshot-20161121 don't open the spac2disp tool. I only did it with 2.9.0. which apparently works correctly, but does not have the autopick utility. Furthermore, when I activate the "select" option, a war...

Bug report cannot be sent

Hi, I have verified that with version 3.3.1. of Geopsy it is not possible to use the Spac2disp tool because the program crashes. The bug report is not transmissible because a message appears saying that I am not using the last version of the program. This is not true because 3.3.1. is the latest rel...

Re: Geopsy help! the tools are disappeared!

Hi, I would like to specify that I was able to correctly install Geopsy with all its tools, but I don't know how. I think this release still has some bugs confirmed by the fact that SPAC doesn't work even with the Lep_ring1_3C database and the program crash with every attempt. My PC works with windo...

Geopsy help! the tools are disappeared!

Help! I worked all day without problems and when I restarted geopsy all the tools are disappeared ... Then I deleted the entire Geopsy directory and reinstalled again into a different directory. But the problem remains. When I go to "preferences / tools" and press the "search" button a message appea...

gphistogram have an anomalous grapfic output

Hi Marc, I'm a Geopsy user since the first release (2005..or so..). Now I have installed 3 realease (2.9.0., snapshot -20161121 and win64 3.3.0) on two laptops. It happens with the last release the graphic output of RTBF on gphistogram shows the slowness frequency graph (or speed) where the speeds a...
